1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you (the "Player") and 888y ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all use of the 888y website, mobile application and any related services. They cover account registration, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, bonuses and promotions, sports betting, casino games, live casino, fish games, slots, the VIP programme and all other platform features.

888y reserves the right to decline any registration application or suspend any existing account if eligibility requirements are not or cease to be met, without prior notice and without liability.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

To access the full range of 888y features — including deposits, sports betting, slots, live casino, fish games and the VIP programme — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration is free and requires a valid email address, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must:

3.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the 888y support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to verification requirements being satisfied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

888y processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered 888y account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 888y may request government-issued ID, proof of address or payment method verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the 888y payments team. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier.
• 888y reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

888y offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, PSL and cricket season promotions, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your 888y bonus balance, not your real-money balance, unless specified otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before any associated winnings can be converted to real money and withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds for sports bets and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms displayed at the time the offer is made.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use. Any attempt to exploit bonuses, use automated tools to meet wagering requirements or coordinate bonus abuse with other players will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement attached to a bonus specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer terms) must be bet before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means PKR 20,000 in total wagers must be completed before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time limit, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.4 VIP Rewards

The 888y VIP programme provides tiered rewards based on accumulated wagering activity across all game categories including Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting and Fish Games. VIP tier rewards, cashback rates and benefits are subject to the VIP programme terms, which are available on the VIP page. VIP status and associated rewards may be adjusted if account activity falls below the threshold required to maintain a given tier.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting on 888y covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), Football, Esports and Virtual Sports. Bets are accepted in PKR. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended except where 888y explicitly offers a cash-out or edit-bet feature on a specific market.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules displayed on the betting section of the platform.
• 888y reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed before bet confirmation.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at 888y's discretion, particularly during key moments in a match such as wickets, penalties or video review decisions.

6.2 Casino Games, Slots and Live Casino

All casino games, slot titles and live casino tables available on 888y use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or operate with live dealers in professionally managed studio environments. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided by the respective game providers.

• Game outcomes are determined by the RNG or live dealing process and are independent of previous results.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface before play begins.

7. Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

888y is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software or any other tool that interacts with the platform without direct human input.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent restrictions, or systematically exploiting promotional offers in a way that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate deposits with your payment provider after the funds have been used for gambling activity. Any player initiating a fraudulent chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and the disputed amount recovered from their balance.
• Money laundering: Using the 888y platform to process funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported.
• Error exploitation: Deliberately taking advantage of software errors, display glitches or incorrect odds caused by technical faults. Winnings derived from exploited errors may be voided.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to These Terms

888y may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
